Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original or equivalent inner/outer packaging. White Towel Services does not pay for or refund shipping on returns. RMA# must be obtained prior to returning merchandise. Please call our office at (817) 868-7900 for your RMA#. Product that has exceeded the "best if used by date" is not eligible for refund/return.

Are your disposable towels scented?
Yes, our Refreshment Towels are available in various pleasant scents. Our current assortment includes Lemon, Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Peach/Mango. For those who prefer no fragrance, we also offer Unscented towels.
These single-use towels are moistened with distilled water to avoid causing allergic reactions. The scented options – Lemon, Lavender, and Eucalyptus – are enhanced with natural essential oils to provide a refreshing and soothing experience.
In addition to their high quality, we've ensured that each towel is environmentally responsible. Every towel we offer is 100% biodegradable, underlining our commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
Do your Refreshment Towels fray or tear?
Our high-quality 100% cotton washcloths have squared corners and are sewn on all four sides to prevent fraying. They are machine washable and environment friendly.
Do your Refreshment Towels have any alcohol on them?
No. The towels are moistened with distilled water and contain no alcohol that dries the skin.
How do your products compare to machines that roll and heat towels on location?
There are a number of criteria to consider when selecting a hot towel system:
Wait Time: How long do your clients or patients have to wait once they are ready for a hot towel? With our system, there is no button-pushing, dial-turning, or wait time. Towels are always at the right temperature and ready to use.
Towel Quality: Are the towels made out of paper? Do they rip easily and leave lint on your face? Is the scent alcohol based? Will it dry out your skin? Our towels are as close to cotton as you can get in a disposable. They are strong and soft and contain no alcohol.
Maintenance: How much maintenance does the system require? Do you have to add water and scent and dry towels regularly? Does the machine have a number of moving parts that are susceptible to breakdown? Our warmer requires virtually no maintenance. It has one switch: on/off. It will never rust and the only maintenance required is to drain the condensation tray from time to time.
Sanitary Issues: Are the towels individually wrapped to minimize sanitation risk? Our towels are individually wrapped in easy-opening, sanitary packaging.
Space Requirements: How much space do you have available for your hot towel system? Our units are small and compact with a 12-inch by 12-inch footprint.
Heat Retention: How long will the towels hold their heat? By the time you get the towel to the patient or client is it already cold? Because our towels are individually wrapped and can be taken to the patient wrapped, they maintain their heat much longer than towels that are not wrapped.
Price: What is the upfront cost and per towel price for the system? Some vendors charge a lot upfront and very little for towels, others nearly give the machine away and charge a higher price for towels. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product at a fair price. Compare prices. We think you will find both the upfront and towel costs at White Towel Services very competitive.
Convenience: In the end, no matter which system you buy, it's use will be determined by its convenience. Will your disposable towels dry out?
No, our towels are packaged in a special package that maintains moisture for an extended period of time. The shelf life of the towels is 10 months to a year.
In addition, through the Autoship Program, we offer monthly deliveries at quantity prices so that you don't have to store towels for months on end and can be assured of always having fresh towels on hand.
Can I warm your Refreshment Wipes in the microwave?
While it is possible to warm our Refreshment Wipes in a microwave, we generally do not advise doing so for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, microwaves tend to distribute heat unevenly, which could result in parts of the synthetic towelette remaining cold while others may become too hot to handle comfortably. In contrast, our specially designed warmers consistently maintain the temperature of the towelette between 70 and 80 degrees Celsius, ensuring uniform warmth throughout.
Secondly, using a microwave to heat the towelettes involves extra steps such as setting the timer, waiting for the towelettes to heat, and potentially adjusting the time if the towelettes are not heated to your satisfaction. Our towel warmers are compact and can fit in the smallest of spaces. They measure approximately 12 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 10 inches tall.
How long do towels take to warm?
Warming time ranges from 40 minutes to an hour depending on the type and quantity of towels in the warmer. Once towels reach the appropriate temperature the warmer keeps them at that temperature throughout the day.
How many towels will your warmers hold?
Our warmers can hold between 25-60 Cotton Refreshment Towels depending on towel size and 75 to 100 Refreshment Wipes. However, we recommend that you only place as many towels as you will need for the day in the warmer each morning. Initial warm time is 35-45 minutes.
We don't recommend leaving towels in the warmer overnight. They will dry out and in some cases, discoloration will occur.
What kind of maintenance does your towel warmer require?
Our towel warmers are designed for easy operation and require minimal maintenance. The operation is straightforward with just an on/off switch. Begin your day by turning the warmer on, loading it with towels, and then turning it off when your day is finished. It's as simple as that.
In terms of maintenance, there is one important task to perform regularly: draining the condensation tray. This tray is designed to collect moisture that condenses from the warming towels. It is conveniently located directly under the door for easy access, sliding in and out without the need for any tools. We recommend draining this tray on a weekly basis to ensure optimal performance of your warmer.
Also, we suggest a general inspection from time to time to ensure everything is functioning properly. If you notice any unusual noises or performance changes, we recommend contacting us for further assistance.
Remember, proper maintenance of your towel warmer will enhance its longevity and ensure it continues to deliver warm towels when you need them most.
How long before my Autoship Ship Date should I make any modifications?
Please submit your Autoship changes at least 5 business days before your scheduled Ship Date to allow adequate time for processing.
What is an Autoship "Ship Date"
The Ship Date is the date each month that we process your "Autoship" order. On your Autoship order form, you have the option of choosing your Ship Date.
What is the Autoship Program?
The Autoship Program is an automatic product shipment that you set up yourself. You can order the products of your choice, and you select when this shipment is to be made. These products are also discounted to a special Autoship cost.
You can participate in the Autoship Program once you have created a User Account.
What is the average size of a starting line?
This is variable. Some of our clients are starting out and have tight budgets, others are
well-established and carry a good portion of the line. When you�re launching your brand, having a basic regimen for each skin type�cleanser, toner, moisturizer, serum or exfoliant�is advised. This will allow customers access to your brand, and start to build loyalty. As sales grow and higher margins provide more buying power, you can add on.
What is your Autoship Program?

Can I change the names of the products?
Yes, you can. This is one of the most wonderful things about our Private Label Program, as it allows you to create names that tie in with your own company and services.
Can you help me design my label?
Yes, we have in house designers that can place your logo on the packaging template and any text that you would like included. Or we can send you the blank template and you can send us the completed packaging design.
Does the product ship with labels already applied?
Yes. All you need to do is price them and put them on your shelves.
How long does the label design process take?
This is a highly variable process. If you have a logo ready to go in JPEG, TIFF or EPS format that we can plug into our existing label template, we can be ready to set up and print your labels. If you have a more complex label design in mind or don�t have a logo ready to go, the process can take longer. We will always do our best to set appropriate expectations and your account representative will ensure that the process moves forward as quickly as possible.
Once I've got an approved label, how long will it generally take for my orders to arrive?
Normal lead time is 8 to 10 weeks from the time your artwork is approved. Rush options may be available to reduce this time to 4 to 6 weeks.
What about Private Label rush orders?
Due to the labeling required, we always recommend planning ahead so you'll have stock on hand. Nevertheless, emergencies happen and if you let us know what you need we will do our best to get it to you right away. We can always supply you with White Towel Services branded products until your labels arrive.
What colors can I use on my labels?
We use a printing process that will allow us to use a almost any color. We can reproduce photographic images or colorful logos. You can specify up to 10 Pantone spot colors.
What does the one-time label set-up fee cover?
There will be a $325.00 per color one-time charge for the printing plates. This is the only other fee accessed other than the actual cost of the labels.
What is the minimum order to private label your products?
The minimum piece order for labeling White Towel Services products are:
- 100% cotton refreshment towels are available in as low a quantity as 500 pieces - For U.S. States. Otherwise 5000 pieces minumum.
- Synthetic towelettes are available from 42,000 pieces.
What set up fees are required for Private label?

Will you make labels for my other non-White Towel Services products?
We only make labels for White Towel Services products.
